Martyn Haworth - Director of Executive Development

Martyn has a critical and unique balance of a hugely successful commercial operator, with the skills and processes of an expert coach and trainer. He joined CEQ in 2013 and his recent work has included consulting for companies including Google, Total Produce, Centrica, GE Healthcare and Dr Martens. Martyn regularly delivers CEQ’s ‘Coaching Excellence’ and ‘Coaching Masterclass’ training programmes in addition to their Leadership Development course. He also provides 1:1 Executive coaching and is a sought-after facilitator for board meetings and management team offsites. His other fields of expertise include managing change, influencing skills, and creating high performing teams.

Rachel Young - Partner

Rachel is a qualified and highly experienced Integrative Psychotherapist who uses aspects of Gestalt, Existentialist and Transactional Analysis modalities in her work and is a specialist in addictive behaviours and group dynamics. Her appetite for continual learning, research and refinement of her approach and her interventions keeps Rachel at the leading edge of mental healthcare in the ever growing need for solutions in this field. Rachel’s contributes to CEQ with her deep understanding of individual and group behaviour within corporate cultures and teams, and therefore in designing interventions that work on the fundamental psychology of sustainable behaviour change.

 

 

Paul Coombes - Associate Director

Paul is an experienced coach and trainer with a background in retail management, customer services and procurement spanning over 20 years, including leadership roles with Budgens Retail and the John Lewis Partnership. In 2010 he set up his own SMEs in OEM import/ export, music retail and tutoring services, which are still successfully running today. As well as driving our business development strategy and managing all of our digital media and marketing content, Paul also provides 1:1 Executive coaching and regularly delivers and facilitates training programmes.

Mike is the founder of the University of Toyota – a corporate university he launched in 1998 and led for a decade of differentiating performance. Mike’s passion centers on helping leaders and organizations reach their highest potential. His research has helped organizations grow by developing the necessary leadership & culture capabilities. These insights have been documented in two popular books (Leading Through Meaning‘03 and The Other Side of the Card ‘06) and a wide range of publications including the Harvard Business Review. Mike has designed, developed, and managed dozens of cutting edge business growth & development programs.


 

Hannah Nagel-Coombes - Senior Programme Delivery Lead (International / APAC)

Hannah is an experienced people solutions professional who draws on her skills in Leadership, Coaching, Emotional Intelligence and People Management. It’s Hannah’s purpose to make a difference, whilst living into her values of empowerment and generosity in every interaction. With Hannah’s deep knowledge in Emotional Intelligence, Positive Psychology and Brené Brown’s research on courage, vulnerability and empathy, Hannah uses her authentic, compassionate and open approach to bring unique perspectives that support long-term behavioural change. Hannah has a Diploma in Human Resource Management, is a Certified Emotional Intelligence Assessor and Coach, and her ACC ICF credential is actively in process.
