CEQ have designed and delivered over 100 team offsites of either 1 or 2 days’ duration. This includes what are now known as ‘homesites’ with participants attending from home via VC. 

CEQ believe passionately that a team offsite can deliver months of team development in a single brief event - the epitome of a ‘quantum leap’ intervention where a team can move rapidly through the inevitable stages of team development; from forming, storming and norming stages into performing and transforming, thus best ensuring the success of the enterprise and all involved. 

CEQ engage with clients to design and deliver offsites in full strategic context (ie the event is not just teambuilding), where an external facilitator is essential. CEQ have a number of ‘off-the-shelf’ elements which are tailored and then weaved together to form a coherent and effective menu for the event. 

The event is designed to be provocative and uncomfortable, but also fun, and to be a touchstone for future cultural change and improved performance.

  • Leader’s “non-negotiables”

  • Hot Seat questions

  • Linking to appropriate existing company collateral

  • Business issues to address

  • Finalise and communicate agenda to participants

  • 1:1s in advance for trust, ownership and commencing the individual behaviour changes required

  • ‘Hot Seat’ introductions to build trust

  • Business issue focus for ‘road testing’ new MO and for making big calls / moving the game on

  • Rehearsal time / practice, with ruthless feedback
