The Coaching Essentials Level 2 Workshop is designed for graduates of Level 1 who want to advance their coaching skills. Managers emerge from the workshop with further tools and frameworks that enable them to immediately raise individual and team performance. Participant numbers are limited to 8 per workshop to allow for maximum practice and personalised observation and feedback.
