Google

CEQ have been heavily involved with Google since 2013. Google have used CEQ’s core coaching content as the basis of their global coaching training since 2015, with some 5000 managers now having been through programmes in over 20 countries around the world – all designed and delivered by CEQ. As part of the global delivery, CEQ pioneered the design and delivery of VC (video conferencing) based training and facilitation. Over the last 5 years CEQ have delivered close to 1000 hours of training over VC, constantly refining and perfecting this medium to provide high impact and hugely effective behaviour change and skill development programmes. CEQ have also coached more than 30 Google SVPs, VPs and Directors across the world, supporting senior leaders to fully engage with the appropriate balance of Google values and ambitious sales targets. CEQ’s most recent engagements are for ‘Train-the-Trainer’ strategies to enable Google to scale the training to thousands more managers worldwide, and a dramatic growth of VC based facilitation as Google managers worldwide work from home

The UK’s largest builders’ merchant have engaged with CEQ on numerous interventions across all management levels in the organisation. From facilitating exec off-sites to training dozens of people managers, CEQ have supported TP to build a true coaching culture. Having initially delivered a ‘Coaching for Senior Leaders’ training programme, this was then cascaded to managers of each business division along with head office commercial managers. Having experienced the benefit of management coaching training, the business also embarked on a ‘Coaching Sales’ programme where we helped create a ‘train the trainer’ approach to help build their internal facilitation skills. Travis Perkins Group have also used CEQ to facilitate key sessions at their internal ‘business school’ and various senior team meetings.

CEQ have provided in-house coaching programmes to Linkedin managers in London and Dublin. In addition Linkedin regularly send managers on CEQ’s open Coaching Excellence Programme in order to maintain a consistency of coaching approach across the management cohort. 



Leadership Coaching Services

B&Q

CEQ delivered coaching programmes that transformed the operating KPIs of B&Q stores - perhaps the clearest evidence possible of how CEQ’s engagement directly impacts on commercial results. Store management teams went through CEQ’s standard 2 day Coaching Excellence programme and we also trained the local People Partners to support the programme with local coaching, training them to run a follow up ‘Day 3’ program for the store management teams. The results were fantastic with over 90% of stores exceeding the control group on every single one of 9 store KPIs. Extrapolating the results across the whole store estate, profits would increase by 5% within the 13 week period, representing a x15 return on the investment in training inside the first 12 months.

Twitter

CEQ provided a tailored version of their core Coaching Excellence Programme to over 50 Twitter managers in both EMEA and APAC. CEQ’s global reach with hugely talented Associates in both the US and Asia meant that Twitter were able to enjoy a global programme with consistency for both process and culture. The programme majored on the role of Coach in the daily life of Sales Managers, and it thus engaged with Twitter sales management and control processes specifically around enquiry conversion, pipeline management and pitch effectiveness.

Vodafone

A multinational telecommunications company, Vodafone has grown into one of the most valuable brands in the world. CEQ have collaborated with Vodafone on a number of key interventions including training all their Divisional and Regional managers on our core Coaching Excellence Programme. We have also worked with Vodafone’s HR Business Partners on a ‘train the trainer’ masterclass, so they could support the operators in embedding and sustaining their coaching skills. A number of Vodafone’s senior managers have also worked with CEQ ‘121’ to develop their coaching and leadership behaviours.

Heathrow

CEQ have been involved with Heathrow for some years now, providing executive coaching services to Exec Team members and some of their direct reports. Most recently CEQ delivered a bespoke coaching programme over 3 separate days to 50 Heathrow senior leaders. This programme was an expansion of CEQ’s core Coaching Excellence Programme, to also include a change management module incorporating CEQ’s Cycle of Ownership. The programme culminated in the 50 leaders ‘pitching’ disruptive change initiatives back to the Exec Team on themes they’d be allocated.

Boots

CEQ have been involved with Boots leadership teams since 2018, providing executive coaching services and executive team facilitation. CEQ’s most recent involvement was to facilitate a leadership wide feedback project, including the creation of an online survey and the conducting of 25 confidential 1:1 interviews. As Boots navigated through both the ravages and the opportunities of the Covid pandemic, the pressures on leaders have been extreme – one minute having to ask employees to work in potentially contagious and health-threatening situations as front line healthcare providers, and the next having to ask those same employees to endure cuts, and huge uncertainty over their futures.

CEQ have been involved with Dr Martens for some years now, providing executive coaching services and coaching training. CEQ have coached a number of members of the Dr Martens Executive Team and some of their direct reports. In addition many Dr Martens managers have been through the CEQ open Coaching Excellence programme. CEQ have played a significant support role as Dr Martens have majored on a high level of employee engagement, consistently underpinning their brand values of ‘rebellious self-expression’.

Centrica

The international energy and solutions company is the parent company of British Gas, and many of their managers have attended our 2-day open ‘Coaching Excellence Programme’ over the years. CEQ were invited to facilitate a leadership off-site for 80 of Centrica’s customer service managers where we took them through ‘the cycle of change’ and other IP to support them with a major change initiative. The success of this event led Centrica to engage CEQ to facilitate a significant number of ‘virtual’ group coaching sessions with the ‘Heads Of’ each call center and their respective management teams. As Centrica continue to build a strong coaching culture, several of their senior leaders have also attended the CEQ ‘Coaching Masterclass’ and also benefitted from 1:1 Exec Coaching with us.

Total Produce

As one of the world’s largest and most accomplished fresh produce producers and providers, Total Produce operates out of 30 countries while serving many more. Total Produce invited CEQ to work with several their ‘top talent’ managers in developing their coaching skills via a series of VC based training sessions. Bringing managers together from across the globe, these virtual sessions allowed participants to learn, practice and receive feedback as a co-hort together. Following a successful pilot, this programme was then rolled out to more co-horts and remains a key training intervention for them. Total Produce also use CEQ for their exec coaching and senior leadership development.
