Neurodiversity Coaching & Training

We believe neurodiversity is potential to be understood, supported, and empowered. Combining professional expertise with lived experience, we help organisations move from awareness to action - developing practical systems and support that enable neurodivergent colleagues to do their best work. We also work directly with individuals who have been granted Access to Work support, helping them through tailored coaching and workplace strategies.

ADHD Assessments

Our assessments identify whether an individual may have ADHD or related executive functioning differences - and, crucially what reasonable adjustments and workplace accommodations will help them perform at their best. Our assessments are carried out by an Accredited ACE+v2.0 Interview Practitioner.

1:1 Coaching

Combining executive function coaching, ADHD-informed and evidence-based neurodivergent coaching methods, we help clients build strategies for structure, focus, and sustainable wellbeing. All coaching is person-centred, strengths-based and tailored to each individual’s work and lived experience.

Our Neurodivergent Inclusion Training equips managers and leaders with the knowledge and confidence to support neurodivergent colleagues effectively.
