This CPD Accredited four-hour, face-to-face or online practical training workshop is designed to equip team leaders with fundamental coaching skills, grounded in neuroscience. Participants will explore unconscious controlling habits (‘OUCH!’), master open questioning techniques, apply the GROW model, practice active listening and effective feedback, and develop strategies for embedding a coaching culture within their teams.
