Overview

Candidates will typically already be in senior management roles or on a fast-track leadership development path, with liaison and alignment to candidate company’s Talent Development Programme.  We are now opening enrolment for the inaugural Programme commencing April 2026, with interviews for nominated candidates being held in February. Each cohort will be limited to 12 participants to maximise both personalised coaching and networking collaboration. Places are priced at £5945 +VAT.
