Overview

We are now opening enrolment for the inaugural Programme commencing June 2026, enabling organisations to nominate individual candidates - with interviews being held in March/April. Participants will typically already be in senior management roles or on a fast-track leadership development pathway.  Each cohort will be limited to 12 participants to maximise both personalised coaching and networking collaboration. Places are priced at £5945
